Transport

1) The players are expected to use their own transport to and from the Airport in Johannesburg.


2) Vehicles Available in East London:
• Mercedes Sprinter: 15 persons
• Mercedes Sprinter: 22 persons
• Mercedes Bus: 32 persons
* Daimler Benz: 22 persons
* Sedan vehicle 4-5 persons

3) CONDITIONS OF USE
1. The drivers are on loan from the hosting school and are to be treated with respect.
2. All transport costs are included for the driver, the vehicle and it's diesel.
3. No trips allowed outside the boundaries of East London.
4. Trips to and from the accommodation to water polo venues, official functions and group activity venues are included.
5. Staff evenings out to non official venues and individual destinations are not included.
6. Any damages to the vehicles are to be paid by the guilty parties.
7. Coaches and managers are to ensure that they leave at least 2 hours of extra time to allow for traffic and the vehicle being en route to other destinations.
8. The vehicles will not operate after 21h00 or before 06h00
