The bearer of this letter has been selected to represent the Provincial Gauteng Water Polo team at the SA Schools Water Polo Tournament in East London from 6 – 10 December.

The cost of the above tour is approximately R6000.00 and I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for any contributions that the reader of this letter may be able to make for and on behalf of the player involved.

Donors can confirm whether the player has bona fide credentials by confirming details with any of the Water Polo Executive Members, as listed above, or by checking the team list on the Gauteng Schools Water Polo website at http://gswptour.blogspot.com

Please be so kind as to respond positively to the parents or players who need financial assistance toward their Provincial Water Polo Tour & Travel Fee. The parents will be asked to approach you directly should they feel the need to supplement said. Even partial sponsorships will be greatly appreciated.

As a province we are not adverse to, as a token of our appreciation, supply the donor with a tie, blazer pin or some form of corporate wear as a token of our appreciation and appropriately reflective of the donated amount.
